About me

I'm Ena Bautista and for the past 2,5 years, I've been working with women like you - who are looking to bring their business to the next level, to go from overwhelmed trying to do everything on their own to upleveling with ease.

Prior to my big move from Croatia to the UK, I've worked as a law firm secretary, assistant to the notary public and then assistant to the judges.

I made a bold decision to move to London, leave my family, who heavily relied on me, behind. It was a really difficult decision, but for the first time in my life, I chose to put myself and my needs first.

After moving to London, with a dream in my heart and a luggage in my hand, I've started my entrepreneurial journey.

My life dramatically changed and has continued to improve ever since.

I’ve worked as a self-employed cleaner, and at the same time, I used my admin knowledge to start my Virtual Assistant business. I taught myself to use the most complex online tools and softwares, and upleveled my skills even further.

That’s when I discovered my passion for helping women change-makers grow their business and bring it to the next level.

I want to help extraordinary women to make an impact, to allow themselves to do something for themselves. To put their needs first, to go from overwhelmed trying to do everything themselves to upleveling with ease.
