Hi, my name is Ena Bautista
Yes it is possible – A thriving, fulfilling business and life can coexist, without having to compromise on your values along the way, without the crash and burn cycles, whilst keeping your nervous system regulated.
A business should be the vessel that funds the lifestyle you want to experience, rather than the game of hustle where you work more than you worked in your paid job. After all, this is why you started your business in the first place – to have more time, money and decision freedom.
Once upon a time, I dreamt of becoming a VA. As an expat in a new country, doing domestic cleaning to stay afloat, I knew there was more. Being a VA was that “more” for me at the time.
While working to get that part of my business off the ground, I hired a coach to help me move past the things that were stopping me. For the first time I felt like I was able to unravel some of the deep seated behaviours I was shaming and guilting myself over.
It was then that the bug hit me. After experiencing how my coach helped me, I knew that was what I wanted to do. The rest is, as they say, history.
I did become a VA, which deepened my love for coaching and, subsequently, got certified as a Neurolinguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy®, and Energetic Breakthrough Method® practitioner and started coaching.
This passion and the bigger purpose to help others, drove me forward during the most challenging times. I worked through the traumas I experienced, it carried me through the collapse of the identities I have accepted and roles I have taken on as mine and as I got diagnosed with ADHD.
There were times I considered throwing in the towel, as I faced the discomfort of change, as social media highlight reels that we had grown to accept as reality, was NOT the reality I was experiencing at the time.
The picture perfect online businesses that only shared a limited perspective, trust in the experts and gurus that I believed knew more than me, buying all the courses and signing up to the programs intended to solve my problems made for the perfect breeding ground for doubt and insecurities.
It made me question my expertise and value, push myself to the edges of burnout multiple times, and wonder what was “wrong” with me.
The discrepancy of what others were portraying vs what I was experiencing was just too big.
It took me years of soul-searching, stripping of identities that I have taken on (that started in childhood), unlearning and learning to get here where I am now – grounded and anchored in my sovereignty, self-trust and love.
This journey felt very lonely as there were very few people who I could go to for support, and even they did not have the answers I was looking for. This is why I am so passionate to support and guide you as you start your journey.
Because now? There’s nothing stopping you from collapsing the timeline to your own success on your own terms.

Healed from a host of traumatic experiences, got educated (and still continuing to learn) on topics of inclusivity, ableism, racism and transphobia, got rid of stage fright and speaking in public (and live online), started unmasking ADHD (is it even possible to fully unmask?), went through the dark night of the soul, fell apart and rebuilt myself multiple times, revised and started changing the language of my offerings with inclusivity and accessibility in mind, uncoupled my coaching work from the spiritual superiority and so, so much more.
